摘要：The article deals with conception of interpretation of modern strategies of modernization of Russian education. It considers conservative strategy of Russian education modernization in the beginning of XXI century. Recommendations of historical pedagogical basis of strategy of developing of Russian education on long-term perspective are presented in the article.
