标题：Conocimientos, actitudes y prácticas de las infecciones de transmisión vertical, en mujeres embarazadas atendidas en el Hospital San Cristóbal de Ciénaga
摘要：In a descriptive study conducted from May to November 2009, we studied 108 pregnant women served both outpatient and in the emergency department and the hospital maternity ward of San Cristobal of cienaga. Being found 32 patients with reactive VDRL (29.6%), of which seven had positive FTA-ABS corresponding to a seroprevalence of 6.4% for syphilis. Toxoplasmosis As confirmed four cases (3.7%) in women from rural areas. The common factor in these women is the poor adherence to prenatal care and lack of knowledge about vertical transmission of infections (syphilis, toxoplasmosis and HIV) coupled this to various practices and risk behaviors that endanger the welfare maternal fetal.
