摘要:Background: Nursing care process is the application of scientific method in clinical practice, a tool that allows the nurse caring for a logical, analytical and systematic interventions reassessing the extent to which results are achieved or changed needs. Objective: To identy the nursing diagnoses common in people with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis. Materials and methods: Descriptive and prospective, for which it was necessary to use two phases:. 1) rating by the application of the eleven Gordon Maryori functional patterns, physical examination,review of medical history and laboratory data. 2) Diagnose: functional patterns were identified altered and nursing diagnoses were made according to the North American Nursing Diagnoses Association (NANDA) Taxonomy. To make a diagnosis should be at least two defining characteristics. For tabulation and analysis of the results were used measures of frequency and percentage distribution. Results: The patterns were altered: Nutritional-Metabolic, Activity Exercise, Self-perception-self concept, role-relationship and the perception and health management. The results show as chronic diseases affecting the general life and all human dimensions, which requires a multidimensional nursing care.
