摘要：This article discusses some of the problems related to the current critical state of the international cruise shipping in the Black Sea on the basis of the author’s analysis of the dynamics of cruise shipping in the region, the historical aspect. Ways out of the situation in today’s systematic conditions are proposed using an economic model of cruise shipping revealed by the author.
