摘要：The article discusses the restructuring of the oil industry, which led to the formation of vertically-integrated oil companies, in accordance with the process chain «from the oil well to the gas station». On the example of activity of the southern network of the Rosneft company with using of tools of economic-mathematical modeling (model «just in time»), the probability of oil products delivery precisely in the specified time from a oil well to gas station with use of alternative options of transportation is calculated in the paper.
