摘要:The purpose of the research is theoretical justification and definition of major threats to financial and economic security, analyzing the condition of personnel security at the enterprise and determination of personnel loyalty at industrial enterprises. To improve the system of personnel security at industrial enterprises the impact of macro- and microenvironment factors on economic activity of the industrial enterprise has been objectively assessed, elements for forming a sympathetic attitude of the employee to the organization have been studied, the model of developing personnel loyalty has been considered. Besides, in the work there have been determined the sources of loyalty, which suggests the presence of three aspects of the employee attitude to his/her organization simultaneously: identification, involvement and loyalty. To determine loyalty of employees at the studied enterprises the article presents a questionnaire, which is a synthetic combination of three questionnaires by outstanding scientists, namely: L. Porter, J. Meyer and N. Allen, K. Kharskiy. Also the author of the article has defined four subscales of personnel loyalty characterizing: a) attitude to the organization; b) sympathy, patriotism; c) attitude to the personnel policy; d) the hidden turnover, disadaptation.
