摘要:This paper have as main purpose to identify the reality of the business street marketing from Lavras, according marketer perspective. For this, we made a quantitative and qualitative research, being used non-participant observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results showed that although satisfied with the profession and the workplace, these people still face structural problems that could be resolved with the adoption of some changes. Another feature observed during the research is the detachment and disunity of the sector, which has just compounding the problems and difficulties. It is hoped that this research subsidize actions for improvement and resolution of the issues raised, as well stimulate new discussions and incite communion of interests, beneficial not only for the strengthening of this marketing channel, as also for the development of the region.
