  • 摘要:Today, Knowledge Management (KM) and Organizational Learning (OL) are recognized as Competitive Advantages (CA) in organizations. In this regard, learning and knowledge transfer at both macro and micro levels among individuals and organizations depend on those who facilitate and accelerate such a transfer. As a result, any factor encouraging or hindering the inter-personal communications will affect the information exchanges as well. In such a climate the social capital may become necessary as a facet of social construct. Undoubtedly the three factors (social capital, knowledge management and organizational learning) are greatly important in present-day societies which was the reason to select their interrelations in Khuzistan Province manufacturing firms as the subject for the present paper, being a descriptive-correlation-type research. The population consists of the manufacturing firms across Khuzistan Province ; and the available sampling method was applied for sample size determination. The data were collected using a questionnaire and the results of which were subsequently analyzed using SPSS and LISREL software tools. It was found that social capital was significantly related to knowledge managment, but not to organizational learning. In addition, knowledge managment was found to have a significant association with organizational learning.
