其他摘要:In different stages of life cycle, enterprises will present different development characteristics. Ac-cordingly, focus of human resource management will vary from stage to stage. Based on previous research of the human resource value chain management, this paper adds a “value analysis and discovery” fragment to the chain and divides the value chain into three types in response to dif-ferent types of employees. In addition, this paper makes a sequence of value fragments in accor-dance to their importance in the life cycle and draws a comparison model of human resource value chains in different stages. Finally, suggestions on formulating human resource policies are put forward for enterprises in different stages.
