其他摘要：The cultivation of undergraduates’ scientific research ability encourages undergraduates to enter the research field as soon as possible, and it is an important way to cultivate undergraduate talents with practice and innovation ability. Based on the process and current situation that undergraduate students carry out research training at home and abroad, through the curriculum system reform, improvement of the research training constitution, and strengthening incentives of participation, a long-term research and training system is built. Research interests and sense of innovation, project establishment and organizational skills, hands-on research, design and research cooperation, academic achievement skills and ability to communicate, constitute the basic content, training and other aspects of the system. At last, a specific implementation plan of research and training for chemistry majors in Fuzhou University is made.
