Some necessary logistics parts will be reserved, com-plemented or reinforced, and the unnecessary parts will be simplified, abandoned or replaced, which can reduce the transaction cost, and aid to make decisions with big data and information technology such as EPC, IOT, etc. Then the logistics operation and transaction are transparent and opening, which promotes the overall development level of the logistics industry.
