其他摘要:As the great master of “Theatre of the Absurd”, Harold Pinter had shaped a lot of “absurd” images, especially the female images in his works which seem to be much more “absurd”. Emma in Betrayal is such a kind of girl which reflects Pinter’s feminism thought. And this paper will interpret this play in three aspects: the rebel of moral and the expansionist of herself, never being the secular “good woman” and breaking patriarchal hedge.
