Recently, decreased parasite clearance with artemisinin derivatives has been reported in Cambodia and Thailand. The effectiveness of artemisinin derivatives in Africa must be monitored. This study was conducted to evaluate the efficacy and the tolerability of three ACT widely used in Senegal.
