  • 摘要:The physical activity and sport of people with hearing impairment means especially a methodological and didactical problem, which occurs by reason of specific characteristics that possess people with hearing impairment. Although physical activity and sport are areas that does not heavily depend on auditory signals, receiving feedback about movement can largely be difficult. In order to ensure safe conditions and a continuous development of the training process, the same principles as for the population without disabilities are used. With regard to the possible delay in the psychosocial and motoric development in children with hearing impairment, as well as the difference in the ability of balance as a result of a damaged vestibular system, it is possible that there will be a certain disproportion in the time needed as opposed to the standard. In the sports work with hearing impaired athletes verbal communication must be minimized, in contrast to the visual information and demonstrations that must be as often as possible. The main intention of this article is to describe the specificities of people with hearing impairment in the sports environment and special features in their training process in addition to general recommendations and adjustments in training and competition.
