摘要:Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) has become the popular modulation technique in high speed wireless communications. It is more advantageous over other technologies. But despite its advantages it has some obstacles also. The high peak-to average ratio is the main obstacle which causes non-linearity at the receiving end. In this paper, we review and analysis different OFDM PAPR reduction techniques, based on computational complexity, bandwidth expansion, spectral spillage and performance. We also discuss some methods of PAPR reduction for multiuser OFDM broadband communication systems.
