其他摘要：The article is on the typology of library services; it analyzes the classifications given by different authors and propo- ses a classification, making at the base the most important features of services for users. The primary tasks are to imple- ment fee services: the adoption of the nomenclature of services for different types of library; determining users' needs and possibilities of the library to provide services for a fee; developing the methodology of calculation of tariffs; organi- zing of the economic training of librarians
