  • 摘要:Studii recente .n domeniul psihologiei organiza.ionale relev. c. nu doar suprasolicitarea (sindromul burnout, intens studiat .n ultimii ani), ci .i subsolicitarea la locul de munc. poate fi o surs. de stres .i epuizare. Acest fenomen a fost numit boreout (i.e., plictiseala la locul de munc.) .i se refer. la starea pe care o tr.iesc angaja. ii care au relativ pu.ine sarcini la locul de munc. sau realizeaz. sarcini monotone .i neinteresante. Este, de fapt, reversul sindromului burnout .i se caracterizeaz. prin simptome similare, doar cauzele sunt diferite. Fiind un subiect mai pu.in discutat .n literatura de specialitate autohton., prin acest articol ne-am propus s. clarific.m unele aspecte legate de manifestarea, cauzele .i factorii declan.atori ai sindromului boreout, precum .i modalit.. ile de solu. ionare a acestuia, identificand cateva direc.ii de cercetare a acestui fenomen .n contextul academic .i organiza.ional
  • 其他摘要:Recent studies in the field of organizational psychology reveal that not only work overload (the burnout syndrome, intensively investigated in the recent years), but also the underload at the workplace can be a source of stress and exhaustion. This phenomenon is called boreout and refers to the condition under which employees have relatively a limited number of tasks at work or monotonous and uninteresting assignments. This is actually the reverse of the burnout syndrome and is characterized by similar symptoms, even if the causes are different. Given that there is scant attention paid to this subject in the specialized literature, this article is intended to clarify certain aspects regarding the manifestations, causes and triggering factors of the boreout syndrome, including ways to diminish it. In addition, a few research directions of this phenomenon in the academic and organizational contexts are provided
