摘要：În acest articol puterea este prezentată ca un fenomen care exprimă obiectivitatea de a adopta legi şi de a asigura executareaulterioară a acestora, utilizând metode conexe de convingere şi coerciţie. În societate puterea este clasificată în:socială, politică şi de stat. Prin instituţiile sale, puterea asigură funcţionalitatea diferitelor tipuri de structuri sociale şiorganisme, activităţi de coordonare care au loc în interesul său. În calitate de element de bază al sistemului politic, statul,prin puterea legislativă, executivă şi judecătorească, asigură organizarea vieţii sociale în Republica Moldova, modernizareaconducerii şi modelarea administraţiei publice a societăţii. Resursele pentru realizarea scopurilor instituţiilor puteriireprezintă capacităţile sale funcţionale, prin intermediul funcţionarilor asupra cărora este exercitată puterea, evident gestionatăşi controlată îndeosebi prin convingere şi coerciţie. Funcţiile puterii de stat sunt atribuite simultan instituţiilor destat care le realizează operaţional. În mod evident, într-un sistem democratic puterea este realizată în beneficiul societăţii
其他摘要：In this article, the power is presented a phenomenon, which expresses the objectivity to adopt laws and further execution, using related methods of the persuasion and coercion. The power in society is classified in: social, politic and state. Through its institutions, the power assures the functionality of different kind of social structures and organisms, coordinatio n activities, which are taking place in its interest. As a basic element of the political system, the state, through the law-making, executive and judicial power assure the organization of the social life in the Republic of Moldova, government mo dernizatio n and pub lic administration field of the society. The resources for realizing the purposes of the power institutions are its functional capacities, by the instrumentality of, the collectivity on which is exercised the power is obviously managed and controlled specially through the persuasion and coercion. The functions of the state power are simultaneously assigned to the state institutions which are making it operationally, obviously in a democratic system the power is realized in the benefit of society
