其他摘要:In this study, the genetic diversity of Glycine max L. was evaluated using inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) markers. Intraspecific polymorphism of soybean landraces was 25%. The molecular marking revealed the specific fragments, which can be used as molecular markers in soybean genotyping. On the bases of ISSR analysis, the genetic distances were esti- mated, and dendrogram reflecting genetic similarity was constructed. Genotyping of soybean germplasm is useful tool for modern breeding programs which are aimed at the development of new cultivars with desirable traits
