摘要：In the article the authors analyze the activity of the International Organization of la Francophonie,present the complex analysis of its actions in the peace keeping and conflicts prevention.They examine the main instruments of communities’ cultural diplomacy, pointing out a consolidating role of language in the process of ideology formation.
