摘要：The present study, conducted in 2008-2010 to the Curtea de Arge. population releaved an incidence of infestation with Trichomonas vaginalis of 4 6.29% on the investigated cases. There are significant differences related to the gender distribution and most cases come from urban areas. The incidence of infested women is higher in comparison with the infested men because the trichomoniasis at men is usually asymptomatic and remains undiagnosed. It is required a training and information campaign in schools, but also an implementation of programs at a national level for the testing of population, especially to identify the trichomoniasis at persons between 15 and 40 years
