摘要:In this meta-analysis we include preliminary data from 14 independen t studies that focused on the relationship between transformational leadership style and the work per formance as measured by super visors' ratings. Data from 5947 individuals was collected and the r esults show a positive and homogenous relationsh ip between this particular type of leadership and the employees' performance as measured by their direct supervisors
