摘要：O objetivo deste artigo é investigar o papel da MetafunçãoInterpessoal na construção de sentido do gênero editorial de revista de umaperspectiva funcionalista. O editorial selecionado para análise, “Não dápra esquecer”, foi publicado na revista mensal impressa Caros Amigos emabril de 2009. Como instrumental de análise, adotamos a abordagemtextual de Martin & Rose (2003), com foco na categoria linguísticodiscursivada Avaliatividade.
