摘要：The aim of this paper is to discuss the issue of market mechanisms in healthcare from the perspective of changes in the selected European healthcare systems. Prerequisites for taking up these problems are institutional and political changes observed in Polish and other European health sectors, as well as a lack of publications which would take system changes into consideration.
