摘要:Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with fluorescence detection in seafoods (Merluccius merluccius, Arnoglossus laterna, Scomber japonicus, Penaeus kerathurus, Eledone cirrhosa) collected along coasts of Corigliano Calabro gulf (Calabria Region - Italy). The results showed that Bap levels exceeded the limit fixed by EU Regulation 1881/2006 in only four samples of Merluccius merluccius, Arnoglossus laterna and Scomber japonicus particularly. PAH concentrations detected in samples caught in winter were higher than those found in summer.
