摘要：Türk-İslâm fikriyâtının son döneminin en çok tartışılandüşünürlerinden biri olan Musa Kazım, yeni bir medeniyet projesisunma gayreti içerisinde bulunmuş, İslâm siyaset düşüncesiçerçevesinde bu teklifini danışma usulü, eşitlik, hürriyet ve adaletilkeleriyle desteklemiştir.Islahatçı ve yenilikçi bir ulema tipi örneği sergileyen Musa Kazım,medreselerdeki eğitimin kalitesinin arttırılması hususundakonferanslar vermiş, dönemin düşünürleri gibi o da yabancı dileğitimini teşvik etmiştir. Bununla birlikte mezhepler arasındakiilişkilerin fanatizme dönüştürülerek bir çatışma alanı oluşturulmasıhususlarında ısrarlı ikazlarda bulunmuştur.Muhafazakâr İslâmcılarının aksine, Musa Kazım Efendi entelektüelbirikimi olan ve yeni kâmil bir medeniyetin ancak hakikî bir dinlegerçekleşeceğini düşünen, Meşrutiyetin terakkici aydın âlim tipininönemli bir figürüdür.
其他摘要：Musa Kazım, one of the most discussed intellectual of the last periodof the Turkish-Islamic thought, did his best to present a newcivilization Project. He supported this offer with the principles ofconsultation method, equality, freedom and juctice in the frame ofthe thought of Islam-politics.He exhibited a type of intellectual who favors change andainnovation. He gave lectures to improve the quality of education, and encouraged foreign language education such as the intellectuals of that time. However, he made steady warnings so that the relations among the religious sects might not turn into an area of conflicts due to fanaticism. Contrary to the conservative Muslims, Musa Kazım Afandi is an important figure of the progressive intellectual type of the Constitutional Monarchy period who thinks that the real civilization can only be possible with a true religion.
