  • 摘要:The article presents the results of the study conducted by KAMAZ, JSC, on the basis of which there have been developed a methodology of quantitative assessment of working conditions and status. The undertaken re-search is aimed at the development of methodological and practical guidelines for development of methods for assessing the level of workplace organization, ad-aptation of techniques of work process microelement analysis to the specific conditions of particular produc-tion, estimation of the labor costs, recruitment of work-ers for specific jobs, remuneration of principle workers.
