摘要：Rasante technologische Entwicklungen bilden den Hintergrund für die Herausforderungen der Onlineberatung. In ihrem Zentrum stehen jedoch Menschen mit Problemen von heute und mit Fragestellungen der Zukunft. Bei allen technologischen Neuerungen und Beratung stools liegt das Entscheidende der Onlineberatung im Verstehen und Mitfühlen, im Lesen und Schreiben. Beobachtungen und Tendenzen heutiger Praxis lassen eine Zukunft erahnen, die nicht nur von superintelligenten Computern dominiert ist, sondern in der auch empathische Berater Innen unbedingt gefragt sind.
其他摘要：Dynamic technological developments form the background of the challenges in online counseling. However people with the problems of today and with their questions of the future are at the center of it. Given all technological innovations and tools for counseling the crucial key of online counseling consists in understanding and empathizing, as well as in the art of accurate reading and writing. Considering the observations and tendencies of today's professional practice it can be anticipated, that the coming years are admittedly characterized by the dominance of highly smart computers, but just as much by the demand for empa thetic counselors.
