摘要:This work focuses on a program developed in MATLAB/Simulink of 36W photovoltaic module. Thisprogram is based on mathematical equations and is described through an equivalent circuit including a photocurrentsource, a diode, a series resistor and a shunt resistor. The developed program allows the prediction of PV modulebehavior under different physical and environmental parameters. This program can also be used to extract the physicalparameters for a given solar PV module as a function of temperature and solar radiation. Effect of two environmentalparameters of temperature and irradiance variations could be observed from simulated characteristics. The programsimulation results are compared with the datasheet information and they found to have good agreement.
