摘要：To fabricate the wipers for an Evaporator rotor, conventional methods can result in alignment errors anddimensional tolerances may not be achieved as per the required design which thereby may lead to run-out of rotorduring operation. Fixtures are generally used during machining but they may also be used for fabrication andassembling purposes to achieve better quality. Hence, designing a fixture for assembling the Evaporator rotor mayfasten the welding process and required tolerances can be achieved with higher accuracy and precision. Adopting aComputer Aided Fixture Design approach provides flexibility in modelling and analysis and can lead to a stable design.
