摘要：Poverty in a rural area is and is a leading problem to be evaluated. During the process of traditionalevaluation, the consideration of the attributes and assuming their nature affect the algorithmic structure. It is not easy tomathematically represent them. A significant number of attempts have been proposed towards this problem. In thispaper, a new approach is provided based on Multi Attribute Decision Making solution. A case study is alsodemonstrated to support the method’s applicability.
