摘要:The degree of enhancement among different bio-enhancers was variable. Mixing of milk protein gave bestresponse among all the bio-enhancers. The viral inhibitory potential of phytoprotein can be enhanced to a limited extentonly – increasing strength of bio-enhancer beyond 2.0% did not increase the viral inhibitory potential any further. Theeffectiveness of bio-enhancer appears to be influenced by the host genotype as observed in case of chilli and mungbean,where addition of papain to the phytoproteins gave better response than milk protein, which otherwise gave betterresponse in many plants viz. brinjal, cowpea/lobia.
