摘要：Fuzzy graph was introduced by Kaufmann [6] in 1973. In this paper, we introduced the concepts ofuniform edge fuzzy graphs and Uniform vertex fuzzy graphs. Also the conditions under which the complement graphof a regular graph becomes regular as well as totally regular are discussed. Also we obtained some more results relatedto regular and totally regular graphs and complete fuzzy graphs.
