摘要：Adolescence is a distinct developmental period characterized by significant changes in harmones, brainand physical development period characterized by significant changes in hormones, brain and physical development,emotions, cognition, behavior and interpersonal relationships. Positive youth development is essential aspect of mentalhealth. Young people are often very vulnerable to the kind of stress that promotes mental instability.It has been observed that individuals with physical disability are not able to adjust properly in life. People withdisabilities appear to be at greater risk for mental health problems and therefore make a disproportionate contribution tomental morbidity internationally.
