摘要:When the effluent was treated with Pseudomonas there was a significant decrease in all physicochemicalparameters including the dye .The percentage of reduction was proportional to the incubation period .The dyedegradation efficiency was also found to be maximum at 72 hrs of treatment .Therefore , Psuedomonas fluorescencsfrom effluent contaminated soil can be used for biodegrading of textile effluent .
