摘要：Grid computing has become another buzzword in IT from last few years. Grid computing is data manipulation engine which involve combination of computer, database and network resources available that perform manipulation of large data set problem. With increase in the complexities of computational problem has forced engineers and scientist to develop the system to get desired data manipulation. In this direction Grid computing is the emerging technology for solving intensive and large scale data set problem. This paper presents an introduction to Grid computing along with its features, architecture, scope, benefits and the challenges of the Grid computing in present time.
