摘要:The study was designed to investigate the effect of Teacher Aptitude and Teaching Attitude on TeacherEfficacy. Sample consists of 400 High Secondary School Teachers. Tools chosen for the study were Teacher Efficacyquestionnaire by Gibson .S.,and Dembo.M., (1984), Teaching Aptitude questionnaire by Shamim Karim and Ashokkumar Dixit(1986) Teacher Attitude questionnaire by Cook, W.W. Leeds, CV.H. Callis, R (1951) The means of thevariables were recorded and Statistical analyses were done on the different variable scores. It was found that Teachingaptitude and Teacher attitude increase the level of Teacher efficacy.
