摘要:In this paper a relation of spinning threads line temperature at any distance from spinneret for given airquantity, quench air temperature and throughput per filament is derived. Nusselt number of the quench air is calculatedwith the help of Reynolds and Prandt numbers. A relation between filament temperature with quench air temperatureand melt temperature is derived by applying heat balance equation considering filament volume element. We can alsomodify our quench air system and change quench air parameters best suitable to our titre plan and specially denier perfilament and type of polymer also.
