摘要:The values of the static dielectric constant (0), dielectric constant at optical frequency ( ), dielectricconstant (‟),the dielectric loss ( ”) at microwave frequency for different molar ratios at different temperatures forternary system have been measured. Based on the values dielectric relaxation time τ0, τ1, τ2 and distribution parameter αhave been calculated by both Higasi and Cole-Cole method
