摘要:In these days, a technology that utilize of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) beacon, has been attractedattention to provide variety of convenience services. Especially, not limited to the service that can assist to peopledirectly such as public safety, healthcare, proximity-based service, mobile payment, etc., a technology that can provideconvenience indirectly such as asset tracking has also been proposed. Most of all, the indoor location awareness usingBLE beacon is the essential technique that can realize these services, it is expected to be more focused if the more BLEbeacon is spread in the future.IBeacon uses Bluetooth low energy proximity sensing to transmit a universally uniqueidentifier picked up by a compatible app or operating system. The identifier and several bytes sent with it can be usedto determine the device's physical location, track customers, or trigger a location-based action on the device such as acheck-in on social media or a push notification. One application is distributing messages at a specific Point of Interest,for example a store, a bus stop, a room or a more specific location like a piece of furniture or a vending machine Wefocused on the relationship between the number of installed beacon and its positioning accuracy in this paper.
