摘要:The purpose of this study is to determine the opinions of city and county education leaders onthe implementation of rotation that will be applied to them by the National Ministry of Education in terms ofthe benefits and disadvantages for both individuals and institutions. The data were obtained throughinterviews with education managers who work for Provincial National Education Directorate in Antalya andsubject to rotation. Collected data were analysed by using content analysis. Although rotation bringsdynamism for individuals and gives opportunity to have new information, it has some disadvantages likeemergence of broken families and having difficulties with the new environment. Moreover, while rotationsupresses the institutional blindness, adaptation of staff with each other and with new environment takesconsiderable amount of time. According to the managers, rotation should take place but it should not be doneaccording to the existing provision.
