摘要：This article affirms an old idea of energy production under condition that energy has to be available to everybody. Maybe it is only an illusion, only an error, and an impossible dream, OK, it can be, but I think that seed is sown. Future will evaluate it. And of course, although it may not be seen immediately, it has enormous reflections in Kinesiology, as well as medicine, machinery, civil engineering, physics, space exploration, maritime studies, etc. etc, etc.
