  • 摘要:The Chemical Information contained in researches or on internet is often drawn as chemical formulas embedded in depictions. To digitally convert these chemical structure formulas into their equivalent computer representation, several software systems have been developed. This papers aims to provide critical reviews for these systems and discuss our current approach. The proposed approach is considered as an automated tool for converting chemical structure diagrams into standard chemical format. Basic algorithms for recognizing lines and letters representing bonds and atoms are used for extracting information from graphs.
