  • 摘要:The e-Journal of Business Education & Scholarship of Teaching is intended to foster and enhance the development of an increasingly vibrant and diverse field of research and debate about business education. This inaugural edition has as its central theme Team-work or as is common in the parlance of teaching, Group-work. One important question that arises from using this form of assessment is whether it actually achieves the learning outcomes that have been claimed as benefits of the approach or is it merely a means to an end for dealing with the assessment of large student numbers. With these issues in mind the content of this edition offers a contribution to the debate and a valuable source of reference for researchers. In so doing it promotes both the aim and the strategy of the journal by providing a forum for the expression of ideas, opinions and research informing the scholarship of teaching.
