  • 摘要:This paper proposes a research framework to examine the role of corporate governance practices in influencing HRM practices implemented in a firm. The proposed framework is an important area of research as it will highlight the significance of corporate governance practices as a major element in determining the human resource policy of a firm, as this in turn will affect the firms’ performance. HRM practices in this instance acts as a mediator between corporate governance practices and firm performance. The framework relies on the stakeholder theory as the underpinning theory for this study.
