摘要：India is a country,which totally depends onagriculture,so it requires huge amount of water for irrigationwater resource is major problem in agriculture,so efficientdistribution of available water is expected.so,reduce waterwastage a sensor network based irrigation system can bedeveloped so, this paper introduce the drip irrigation systemto optimize use of water for the agriculture crops. This systemis consist of nodes,which consist of sensor,and uses radiofrequencies for communication using sensors water level ofcrop field can be determined. Further sensor can part ofwater level information to computer. On the basis of waterlevel information decision can be taken to supply water or notentire sensor network can be connected to internet and remotecontrolling of pumps and irrigation system can be possible.
