摘要：Agile software development methods have beendeveloped and evolved since early 1990s. This paper explainsthe differences between traditional software developmentmethods and agile software development methods, andintroduces the characteristics of some of the popular agilemethods, Scrum and extreme programming.Methods like SCRUM, Extreme programming (XP) etc areincreasingly being used to develop software using anadaptation approach rather than a predictive one. This paperbasically reviews different agile methodologies, how they aredivergent from the conventional process methods and gives aninsight of into the current agile methods.
