摘要：Breast Cancer Diagnosis and Prognosis are twomedical applications pose a great challenge to the researchers.The use of machine learning and data mining techniques hasrevolutionized the whole process of breast cancer Diagnosisand Prognosis. Breast Cancer Diagnosis distinguishes benignfrom malignant breast lumps and Breast Cancer Prognosispredicts when Breast Cancer is likely to recur in patients thathave had their cancers excised. Thus, these two problems aremainly in the scope of the classification problems. This studypaper summarizes various reviews on breast cancer diagnosisand prognosis and about adaptive neural network currentresearch being carried out using the data mining techniques toenhance the breast cancer diagnosis and prognosis.
