摘要：In today’s scenario Social Networking Sites (SNS)are a part and parcel of our lives that are firm to be avoidedby anyone. These SNS are contributing in bringing peoplejointly from various communities of like interest at a singlecollaborated destination. Also this SNS helps people indistribution their views, experiences, likes and dislikes about acommon topic of interest. Moreover most of the active andenergetic users have a great impact on influencing othersviews and opinion. Such an impact can be unenthusiastic aswell as positive depending upon the conveyer and receptor’scapability to think and understand and these factors emotionon how a person react to a particular state of affairs and thereby influence others. Teenagers are among the most prolificusers of SNS. Emerging studies find that youth spend aconsiderable portion of their daily life interacting all the waythrough social media. Subsequently, questions andcontroversies come out about the Emotion in SNS have onadolescent development. This case study is an exploratoryresearch conducted to the students of colleges and schools inTheni and Periyakulam. This research strands articulate tohigh-profile concerns and controversies that enclose youthparticipation in these online communities, and offer ripe areasfor future research.
