摘要:Mobile communication standards are growing upday by day and improvements in the wireless technologyenvironment leads to increase the number of userrequirements. As per that many types of research are going toprovide an effective and user-friendly network to the enduser. This paper presents a novel downlink resourceallocation scheme for OFDMA-based next generation wirelessnetworks subject to inter-cell interference (ICI). The schemeconsists of radio resource and power allocations, which areimplemented separately. Low-complexity heuristic algorithmsare rest proposed to achieve the radio resource allocation,where graph-based framework and fine physical resourceblock (PRB) assignment are performed to mitigate major ICIand hence improve the network performance. Simulationresults indicate that our proposed scheme can achievesignificantly balanced performance improvement betweencell-edge and cell-center users in multi-cell networkscompared with other schemes. Also, it is verified that powercontrol and resource allocation are the schemes for long-termevolution (LTE) and showing results for PRB reallocationalgorithm using graph.
